Handcent Delivery Report

When viewing the delivery report on a sent message I've noticed that the time of delivery is off by 4 hours. Is there any way of correcting this?

Handcent has a setting for time offset somewhere in the area with the read report options

That's great but the max offset is + or - 11 hours. My delivery reports are off by 15 hours!!! any other ideas??????????
