How has anyone been getting handbrake in Ubuntu Linux to work? I've been trying without success for hours...I get errors on reading nav and it won't get past reading the files for my "300" dvd.

[19:52:42] dvdnav: Read Error, Error reading from DVD.

I have VLC installed, including both libdvdcss files (1 and 2). It's obviously something I'm doing wrong, but I can't figure it out...
