I am not even in the app GTalk and I'll get a pop up force close that is gapps related and pretty sure its GTalk. I'm not rooted, unlocked or anything. Stock. I have no idea why its getting killed.....maybe related to some other app installed I wonder?

Have you installed any apps around the time this started...since you are not rooted or unlocked - it could be a rogue app that isn't playing nice or maybe a possible recent update to another app...
