Gs4 to 4.3 then revert.

So I installed 4.3 on my phone decided I liked touch wiz more then stock android. And now I cannot clear my cache on my phone after reverting back to stock. Any one else run into this or know of a fix. ?

I'm not sure if you can revert back once you install a later version. Not positive tho.
