Greetings...HELP!!!!!

I went into Verizon and had the System updates put on my phone. Worked great. However, she linked my contacts with my Gmail and Facebook, which I didn't want and now all my phone numbers are gone. Can anyone help????

i read your question a few times and i have no idea what you are talking about. please tell me what you are trying to accomplish.

I apologize. When they updated my system for my eris, she linked my contacts to google and facebook. When I checked the contacts the phone numbers were removed and just emails left. I want to get my originals back...
