So I just got my very first Droid yesterday (actually my first smartphone ever!) and I'm loving it, except for the GPS, which was a major reason I wanted a smartphone. Most of the time it is just WAY off. I'm watching it right now as it jumps around to different places, finally settling down near LA (I'm actually about 35 miles east of LA), and when I'm driving it may fix on my location for a bit, but then it all of a sudden it'll say I'm in a golf course or the Pacific Ocean. I've tried a reset, and downloaded GPS Status (not sure what I'm supposed to do with it) and neither works. Anybody have an idea?
