gps horribly INaccurate

Up until today I have never had a problem with my droid's gps..but all day its been inaccurate by as much as 3/4 of a mile. Additionally, its been giving me a blank light blue screen as well and won't load any layers. I've turned on/off the gps, powered off/on the phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the updates and no change...wtf.

What is the last apps you installed?

Are you sure you also don't have it set to get my location through WiFi? Because that can really screw up a so called "gps" reading. A few users here had that set and it was throwing it off.

Also just wanted to say, mine has been within 10 meters of me everytime.

well its working again after I uninstalled Locale (eventhough I had never used it). I realized that it was pulling my location from the nearest cell tower, but I have no idea why it would do that if my gps was enenabled (wifi was off). Any guesses?
