Looks like SwitchPro with No Background option set when he created the widget, maybe translucent, but I would guess no background.

Looks more like he pulled them out of the latest Bugless Evolution to me, seeing as how his Twitter widget and News and Weather widget are also themed.

Ninjamorph app. It took me a while to get it configured correctly. The widget backrounds were edited by long pressing the file on ninjamorph to edit image. Then reduced the alpha to -255. The twitter widget would work for a few hours then crash. The power control, genie, google search and music widgets work fine but let me tell ya, the google search was a pain ita. To get it were I have it you have to reduce the alpha on I the widget bg, text outline, voice search button and you have to do it under two maybe more file directories in the res file, same with the other widgets. Some need only one edit, others two or more edits. Trial and error. You can always uninstall and reinstall. Make sure you have og backups. The system apps will need a reboot sometimes but data wipes aren't necessary. Wallpaper from flikie. Have fun
P.S. Picsay Pro makes a great wallpaper editor for basic customizations.(I like to do as much as I can within the phone itself)
