Got a regular VZW voicemail, but have GV. Can't check the message.

I've had google voice for a while and all of my voicemails have always transferred to GV without fail, but this morning one somehow slipped through and is now stored as a regular message, which I can't check because every time I call my normal number to check it, I get sent to my GV greeting. I have deactivated forwarding to my number via the GV website, but that doesn't work.

Any ideas?

I read online somewhere that *73 will deactivate forwarding, but will I be able to reactivate it?

Just do *72 with the number it's set to now once you're done.

Funny thing is, it was an unchecked message that was several months old. Weird.
