Got 2.0.1 OTA update today and now no email

I downloaded the 2.0.1 update this morning and, ever since then, every time I try to check my email (not gmail) and load more messages, it says that there is a "connection error" and I can't get any email. I tried removing the account and then adding it back and have done mutiple battery pulls. Anyone have any other suggestions?
