What exactly does google wave do? Don't really understand. I thought maybe it would be useful for corp tele-conferences or something, but Google has so many services it's hard to keep up.

It is like an advanced twitter, can send waves (like tweets) but have real time filesharing i.e. work documents that can be "waved" to coworkers and edited and "waved" back in realtime.

I have used it a few times, but dont have alot of friends that use it to test all the functions of it.

    Start using Google Wave for:

    • Live discussion: let everyone have a voice
    • Task tracking: stay on top of who needs to do what
    • Meeting agendas: leave a meeting on the same page
    • Document creation: draft content and gather feedback in one place
    • Brainstorming: let the creative juices flow
    • ...or just start with a blank wave and see where it takes you!
To get started, click the white 'X' on the top right to close this wave and and click on one of the templates.
