Anyone else having this issue with Verizon? I've been working with a Google rep on this for months, to no avail. Verizon won't help, they say it's a Google problem, yet they won't work with the Google rep stating privacy issues. About 99% of my voicemails are coming out blank, with no transcription. I do not use the Google #, I have calls to my Verizon # forward to Google Voice for voicemails, It seems like only land lines and some Verizon customers SOMETIMES can be recorded. If they are calling from an AT&T #, forget it.
