Google Talk Launches Randomly

I have never even used gtalk nor do I plan to but when I go running services it seems to be always running. Obviously not a big deal, just was wondering if any one had any suggestions or is experiencing this as well. Thanks

Edit: resolved the issue. Found it in settings. Sorry for the inconvenience. Mods go ahead and delete this one.
