I have searched the good ole interwebs high and low and I can't find a solution to my problem, I can't even find anybody else having this problem so I'll use my first post here to ask about it.
Google search opens up fine, I can type my query into the box and press search, then it just sits there, it won't search. Now if I switch it from mobile to classic it works, but mobile will not search anymore, it did when I first got it..
    It's a Droid X un-rooted.

while trying to clear the cache I noticed the "logout" button, so I logged out and back in and that seems to have fixed it. Thanks for the advice, it got me on the path to fixed.
