This is something you need to contact Google about and sort out with them. The solution is in the letter and I suggest you follow those steps. Hope everything works out for ya

Don't try to name your app Iron Man, because Marvel owns the rights to it. Don't use screenshots & pictures that make it look like an Iron Man app because you haven't licensed the rights.

Change this app & any others that might infringe on copyrights & you'll still be allowed to publish apps. If you have other apps that use copyrighted material, unpublish them right away to avoid more trouble.

They know you don't have rights. That's why they removed your app, but they'll be able to help you figure out what you need to do to get you app back up & running & in compliance with their policies.
