Ok...I feel kinda stupid asking this question.

I bought a song on Google Play. Can I only locate the song thru Google Play? Is it download to the phone? If not....what do I do?

The reason I ask is I want to download MP3 Ringtone Maker or Ringdroid and convert the song to a ringtone.

    Thank you.

It's stored in android/data/com.google.android.music in the cache folder, then in the music folder. If you have multiple songs stored on your device, good luck! As they are not named by song title, instead by (what appear to be random) numbers!

Iirc, once you have chosen to download it, stock music payer will see it. You can then choose the song from there as a ringtone. Not sure if you can edit, but... Just haven't messed with it. I find Zedge to carry everything i need.
