So, my wife's new sage green Pixel 5 arrived the other day and we set it up last night. My first thought when opening the box was...."man that seems small". It's crazy that a 6" phone seems small to many of us. I guess all of these ultra and XL phones have made us think a 6" phone is small. The Pixel 5 is not small, just seems like it to me compared to my 4XL. The screen to body ratio is nice, almost a full 6" of usable screen. I don't think most people are ever going to notice the lack of a "flagship" chip (I hate that flagship term), this phone is fast and smooth as a hot knife through butter. She couldn't believe how smooth & snappy it is compared to her Pixel 3a, and how much faster it downloads & installs apps. I think it's going to be a great phone. Oh, the new Google fabric cases are really nice too. I think they look & feel better than last year's cases. I like the new case design. Overall, she's very happy with it and I'm happy with the price - the Pixel 3a trade-in that Google offered.

That’s great to hear ...I agree with its build and screen to body ratio we call it small ...haha
Now time for her to enjoy it and run it through the paces ...

What is the main difference between the 5 and 4a besides $200.00? Looks like the same processor the 4a is slightly larger and the 5 has slightly more ram.

I have to say very good first impressions... set up no hiccups and I listened to 3 hours music tested the speakers... My only complaint is Google and 3rd party launchers if I use Google gestures I have a slight delay swiping home.. Happened on my 4 XL.. but I need the launcher a must lol .. Not a big delay just enough for my OCD... funny thing if I use them on my Samsung phones no delay same way... Phone is thin but I like it better with the case... Especially feeling for the FPS
