I can't stand dolphin

It is a battery killer and everytime the load bar comes on it shifts the whole page down.

having a ***** of a time installing this. any tricks?

just renamed my maps.apk in system/apps to maps.bak via root explorer, then copied over the new maps.apk to the system/apps folder. Hit install and no luck.

left the .jar file mentioned alone b/c further on in the thread they say to not use it. But also on page 8 they mention the size it should be and my .jar file is 345KB not 166KB some.

Anyone else get this working quickly?

seems easy, but i messed up something.

Pretty sure that MT map is for rooted users only.

MT browser you would think would be coming any day now.

Yes, i'm rooted.

i have all other MT things on already, but using Root Explorer i'm having difficulty installing this.

one person at all droid commented about having the same issue.

I guess i'll have to wait to get home and use ADB.
