Google Maps Issues

Anyone else having any problems? I can't load any maps, though I have a data connection, and neither can a friend of mine.

there was an update that went thru in the last couple of days that you probably installed and if you are having trouble you might try rebooting it,or try looking up another location then goin back to yours or just give it some time and it should come back, it took mine about a day, but it works perfectly again.

Someone hacked the Navigation for use outside the US so Google shut the whole thing down until they could isolate it's use to the USA.

Most everyone was experiencing problems but are now back up to speed.
