Google Maps Issue with multiple gmail accounts

Okay, this sounds strange, but for the life of me I can't figure it out. I have multiple Gmail accounts on my phone so I can keep tabs on the little ones to make sure nothing bad is going on with their email. I've had it like this for years, but now all of a sudden I am getting G Maps alerts to the account accounts besides my main account. How in the world can I turn them off from the other accounts, but leave them on for mine? It's driving me nuts trying to figure it out?!?!

try the following on each google account.

1. Open the Google Maps app .
2. Tap the Menu Settings Notifications. Turn on a notification: Next to the notification, turn on the switch. Turn off a notification: Next to the notification, turn off the switch.

Following these Steps:
· Close the Google Maps app and re-launch it.
· Sign out and sign back in to Google Maps with the same Google Account.
· Clear App data:
· Open your device's Settings app (not the Google Settings app).
· Touch Apps.
· Select Google Maps in the list.
· Touch Clear data.
· Uninstall and re-install the Google Maps app on your Android device.
