Idk if i an behind the times but this post is only 3 days old but google finally has moto an the best part is they replaced the CEO with a google employee i smell a good change for moto http://techland.time.com/2012/05/22/its-official-google-has-acquire-motorola-mobility/

Google only aquiredMoto Mobility. They did so to own Android patents that Moto Mobility had and they only licensed from Moto.

Rather old news. The implications as well as predictions of the purchase have been discussed ad nauseam by analysts and others. The OP might want to subscribe to a news feed to keep current.

And there is a ton of threads worded just the same way on many Android forums across the net. Each one saying Motorola and not Moto Mobility for the most part. Kinda frustrating
