Good TV App?

What app are people using for watching TV on their phones these days. Are there any that are actually worthwhile? Based on some reviews, it seems like most of them are better at providing ads rather than providing actual viewing content. I am looking for something mostly for my Son to watch on trips, so Disney cartoons and such. But it would be nice to have the recent network shows(how i met your mother, big bang theory) available as well for waiting rooms. Ideas?

Thanks Batman, i will check those out.
Kind of disappointing that after a whole weekend there was only one post. I thought i would have more opinion/options. I guess that this isn't something anyone is doing with their phone.
