My extended family, my wife's family, friends of family, friends of friends, etc. are getting together to celebrate 10 people's Decade Birthdays.
My Aunt - 80
My Dad - 70
Dad's Best Army Buddy - 70
Me - 50
My Cousin - 50
My Best Freind since 4th grade - 50
My Sister - 40
My Daughter - 20
My Neice - 10
My 2nd Cousin - 10
All birthdays are this fall (most in September).
Gonna slap a 125 lb whole hog on the grill early Saturday morning and chowdown in the evening! All the families are bringing side dishes, sorta like the old fashioned "Dinner on the Ground" (a Southern Baptist Tradition).
Taking off work tomorrow to start the preparation. My wife and I are host/hostess so I'm hoping it'll go off well.
