ChevyNo1 just dropped some new Froyo/Gingerbread kernels. Might want to give those a try.

Deprimed is by far my favorite, although tethering is dead. Theft of bandwidth by tethering is why we are going to see unlimited data plans phased out soon.

    I'll check out deprimed.

I like to have the wifi tethering for some reason... I've had it for years but I've never used it. Anytime I have a pc that I would tether wifi is usually available. I get the whole theft thing... but I haven't yet reconciled it with the whole unlimited is not unlimited thing...

Theft of bandwidth? As in, you are stealing the unlimited bandwidth you paid for?

Agreed... is there a section of the forums where it is being discussed? Or is it just banned from discussion...

none of the Chevy1 kernels work for me. I just get bootloops with all of them.

any other kernels people are using with CM7 on OG Droid?

Thought about trying the P3Droid kernels but dunno if they work or not.

I'd echo those suggesting Primes Deprimed Test Kernel. It's sv, lv, ulv, whatever you want it to be. Read HalosGhost's instructions for customizing here.

I'm currently running 1100 w/ a vsel of 68 and am loving it like McDonalds.
