Go SMS Pro pop-up feature questions

hello, i love the go sms pro application but am having some questions about the popup feature. While i am in the application and replying to a txt and get a new txt in, the popup box will appear and cover the text i am replying to making it very frustrating, i have to close the popup box and continue with what i was typing. also, is there a way to not have the popup box show up while in certain apps such as dolphin browser or games?? its very annoying to have this come up when i am not wanting it to, however i want to keep it turned on becuase i recieve many texts and its the best way for me to respond to them. thank you!

There's not that kind of specific control over the popup. Either its on or off.
