How can you empty the. Trash and spam folder in Gmail?

Are you asking about the phone or the online server? On the phone hit menu while in your inbox, view labels. That should bring them up. Go in and check the ones you want to delete and then hit delete. After you do this you will have to go online and log in to your account and delete them a second time or they will stay on your phone. (That's how I have to do it) I must say I HATE Gmail for that only reason so I never use it. HTH

If someone knows how you can delete from server when you delete from phone PLEASE let me know.
