How do i remove a gmail account from my droid 2? I have 2 and want to get rid of one of them.

That was sure alot of help. All the tech geeks on this site and nobody knows how to do this? Guess i'll take my chances with verizon. Thanks so much.

Have you tried?

Menu>Settings>Accounts>choose the account you want to delete>Remove Account

Yeah. It wont let me delete a gmail account.

One more thing you cam try
Menu>settings>applications>manage applications>all>gmail>clear data

If the gmail account you want to remove was the first one you put on there it is then your primary gmail account on the phone and only way to remove it is with a factory reset. Any secondary gmail account can be removed by doing what prtsmgr said by going into settings>accounts and remove the account.
