Global Security Settings panel - Flash Android?

Does anyone know how to get to the Global Security Settings Panel?
When I go to the following link from my phone: Adobe - Flash Player : Settings Manager - Global Security Settings panel
It doesn’t allow me to browse to a specific location as does IE with a computer.

When I go to the above link with my phone I get - Local Storage and Peer Assist Networking.
This doesn't provide away to place a URL as in the above link.

I guess what you need is to allow certain local directories. This can be done as described here:

I also tried copying my

~/.macromedia/Flash_Player/macromedia.com/support/flashplayer/sys/settings.sol

file from Linux to Android:

/data/data/com.android.browser/app_plugins/com.adobe.flashplayer/.macromedia/Flash_Player/adobe.com/flashplayer/settings.sol

yet this did not have the desired effect.
