It's old. 2.4.330 update. We're looking for 4.5.600 at the minimum here. Now for kicks, I changed the build version number to IceCreamSandwich on mine :laugh:
Oh and it's very hard to really break these droids. Rooting=foolproof. Installing a rom? Almost as foolproof, as long as you can make it to the boot animation. I mean c'mon, it's simple as wiping data and cache in custom recovery, then hitting install on a couple of zips. Very hard to botch unless they're bad files.

I have two questions.
i) Where exactly is it a “mess”? I cannot find any real issues with 4.5.606.
ii) Why are 2nd init ROMs mandatory according to you?
