All versions of gingerbread leak have had the red M symbol as far as I know....

Yes, all of them starting with the initial .573 leak have had the red M symbol for Motorola

What is not working? So you are boot looping. Any idea what you did before this started happening? Can you get to the bootloader screen and SBF?
