Had the same problem. Did you previously have a "dumb"phone with email setup? Call TECH support. Ask for tech support or push the button you need to to get them. Tell them what's up and they'll have to write a ticket to get it stopped, because the issue is with their vendor who handles emails. Basically, it's trying to send info to your phone that isn't supported, so it sows as a text.
Could be something other than email, but that was the problem for me.
I have also been getting messages from 6200 with the body being:

I just got off the phone with Verizon and they are saying since I had Backup Assistant installed on my old phone, it is trying to sync with this phone. So Backup Assistant needs to be disabled. The BA web site no longer has the option to disable it, so the Verizon rep blocked messages coming from 6200 to my phone.
You know guys. You all had a great opportunity here to REALLY mess with someone. Could have pulled the whole Droidnet being sentient, the Droid is alive and pissed, etc... but NOOOO... You go and answer the question outright. Ugh...
