After having an issue with my droid vzw has decided to replace my droid with another new one since i was still in the 30 days. Now my question is.. is it going to be hard to get all my apps back on my new droid including the ones that i have purchased.?

Don't see why it would be. Since everything on the phone is basically controlled by google, including your credit card information, once you log on to the new phones your apps should be available for you to download on to your phone at no charge. You should be able to see them as purchased along with an install button.
