Accidentally, ran "rmdock" and now when I place Droid in home dock it doesn't do anything and I am missing the "Clock" app. What do I need to do to get it back?

Yeah, gotta reinstall, once it's gone it's gone. Shouldnt be a big deal, you can reinstall the ROM with no negative consequences, other than you'll have to run whatever rm* scripts again.

Pull the Dock.apk out of the ROM zip file, in /system/app/, and push it back to phones /system/app/ with adb.

How do you push it? Can it just be copied over with Root Explorer?
