Getting email contacts from pc to droid?

Can I do this?? What about my email "groups"?

I have a band email list I would like to be able to use from my lovely Droid

This works for what I MEANT(sorry i wasn't that specific), Windos Mail?

I'm not familiar with Windows mail.... see if there is an option to "export" in menu.... create a .csv (comma seperated values) file of your contacts then just follow the second half of in thread i linked to you.

I'll dig a bit and post back.

I just did it through Gmail.
From Outlook contacts can be exported as a .csv file to Gmail, and once Gmail has the contacts the Droid can grab them there.

Unfortunately it does not transfer my email "groups". This is what I really wanted. I wonder why not...

Maybe I can create new groups from the Droid contact list...? I do not see the option. THAT would BLOW- I can do that on my work Bberry, why not on this?

Another email gripe- there doesn't seem to be a way to delete all the stuff in the Trash folder at once, or am I missing it? If not...WHY would they leve this out?
