Can you define what you mean "can't get it back on my phone"? You've gone to the app store to get it and it doesn't show up, or it won't install?

Titanium backup is only paid when you contact the author via his website at Titanium Backup and donate to get a license key file that you put in the root of your SDCard.

If you replaced your DROID and did not keep your old SDCard, then contact the author and he should be able to send you a new license file.

Or you should still have the original email with the license file in it. Copy it to your SDCARD.

If you set up the phone with the same gmail account you used the first time, all your paid apps will show up as "purchased" in the market. If you are not seeing that, you didn't properly enter your account.

Titanium backup is not a Paid app from the market!!!!

The dev uses a different method than paid app in Market to get the license file to you.
