Getting a program tranfered to buddies Droid in holland

Okay I haven't figured out how to do this yet. I have a beta version of palringo that I need to send to my buddy in holland. It is no longer available online. Can someone please help me with us. I have tried attaching it in an email and it doesn't work. I don't know how to put it online for him.

If you are rooted you can get to the apk file, copy it, place it on your SD card. Then hook up to a computer, drag it off the SD card to your desk top, and send an email and attach the copy of the apk to him.
