You bet! It has been a fun learning experience for me as well - I just wish I could do this fulltime instead of the piddly hours I get to devote to it!

I made a thread about this but... I installed the ulow 1.25 but on settings>about phone it shows 2.6.32 lowV when it should say ulowV? what's up with that? I installed it twice to make sure I didn't make a mistake as well...

It's probably just how he titled it when he compiled it. It's just what he called it, it should still function how it was meant to.

I downloaded the 1.0ghz ULV kernel, but this is what I see when I look at system info. Is there any way to be sure that I have the ULV?

I double checked the link I used to d/l and it was definitely the ULV version...

I installed the 1.0ghz ULV kernel. Fixed my broken wifi from the other one i had installed. Runs great on BB v0.1 Froyo. Quadrant score 1427.

Might have to maybe try the faster ones. But would rather wait till the temp monitor ability is fixed.

    Thank you for your work.

i have downloaded lv and ulv 1.2ghz kernals. both run really fast. but when i play a flash video my browser freezes and the droid reboots?:icon_eek: ive always used his kernals with no problems. so now i am stuck using a p3 kernal. with seems slower than the chevyno1 but the p3 has no problems playing flash..

Maybe scale the clocking back a bit? Some users are reporting that kernels from devs they used to have no issue with on 2.1, are now causing issue on 2.2, and vice versa. So if scaling back doesn't work, you might have to run P3. There are others making kernels too, that you might want to try. Hit or miss, you know?

If I haven't published a link to kernels/2 ... that means it's just testing. I should have placed them elsewhere so no confusion ;)

    I will clean it up!
