They name the upgrades after the file it's upgrading from. Since this is an upgrade from 219, they name the update 219, not 208.

You need busybox. Get busybox installer from the play store and run it. Then install revovery through safestarp again.

That's weird. I never had busybox before and Safestrap ran fine on .206... ?

I'm sure you had it. Its usually included in the root package but for some reason its not included in the new ics root method that was put out. Once you install it, it will work fine.

If you rooted in GB busybox was pushed to your phone. If you went straight to ICS kept root when you flashed then you still had busybox.
