GDE Theme- Remove Widgets?

    I downloaded and installed the GDE theme for my phone and I went to "add widget" to my home screen. I added both the "conversations 4x4" and the "application dock" widgets. I want to remove them though but it wont let me, I tried the long hold method. Anyone know how to remove?

    on the application dock you need to long press on either side. i dont know about the other one. :D

    EDIT: why would you want to remove the application dock! that's one of the main reasons i luv gde!!

    I didnt know what it did, just looked like a semi transparent bar lol, I tried clicking on it...
