Hey guys, i am sitting @ level 308 with about 500 Million an hour and about 100k Weapons.

You can't get a Plane or a Boat until somewhere around level 100-150 i can't remember exactly. You for some reason get the jobs that require a plane or boat before you can actually buy them. probably just a design flaw...

Boat is $4,500,000 with $3,500 Upkeep
Plane is $45,000,000 with $50,000 Upkeep
Luxury Boat is $80,000,000 with $350,000 Upkeep

Some Tips

I am currently lvl 150
attack - 1 - Im not sure this makes a difference. The developer didn't mention this.
defense - 150 - Im not sure this makes a difference. The developer didn't mention this.
max energey - 210
max health - 500
max stamina - 15

Fights:
won 1462
lost 378

Every other weapon is 1 or to low to mention
shotgun - 4150
m4a1 - 5255
sniper - 175
viper - 205
acura mdx - 301
missle carrier "humvee" - 15
vest - 5320
body armor - 11000

I win 9/10 fights now.

Some tips:
-Buy the the game. Later on buying in 100's and fighting back will make it worth it.
-Invest in health it goes up by 10, you gain experience faster when your attacked. The more health the more you get attacked.
-If you loose most fights don't upgrade health yet, wait till you are lvl 90.
-Buy weapons that pay upkeep.
-Don't hoard (save your money) early in the game.
-Take advantage of Level 90 Gambling in casio: $60,000,000 60Energy/90xp
-After you gain property and start making cash, buy M4A1's and Body Armor
-Don't forget about the other missions, they dont give lots of cash, but they do give you special weapons.
-It is sometimes wise to save cash to buy in bulk at the cheap price, cuz property price goes up as soon as you buy 1 building.

Factors for winning fights:
1. Special weapons
2. upkeep weapons
3. normal weapons
4. gang size
5. Won-loss history and the relative health & stamina of fighters

Ship comes at lvl 90 if I remember correctly.
Airbus comes at 100.
Chopper comes at lvl 150 (Do Run a bike gang job 20% chance of getting it or Godfather 20 respect points)
Riot Helmet comes at lvl 150 $20,000,000/$200k upkeep
