You have to use bootstrap or a rom app like rom tool box or rom manager to get to CWR

I haven't gotten it to work yet. I'm going to download the Droid 2 Recovery bootstrap tomorrow. I have the ROM Manager but everytime I try to install the ROM it'll just reboot and do nothing.

Don't install with rom manager just use it to boot into clockworkmod recovery

I have to say I think this might be the most stable ROM I've loaded on my D2G so far. LOVE that the camera works without issues as well dancedroid

If the alt lock button doesnt work, just press alt twice. It will do the same thing as alt lock, worked on cm7 and liquid, but i hated both of them, if this rom is as good as it sounds, i might try to flash it this weekend.

Miui launcher has all the apps on the main screens
Many people use adw launcher or go launcher ex
