If you are still rocking the tried and true Note 3 you are probably not looking to give it up for the new Note 5 since that would mean that you would have to lose your precious removable battery and sdcard slot. That being said if you would still like to give the latest version of touchwiz a try on your Note 3 now you can with the Norma rom!
The Norma rom is based on the S6 Edge official rom. It includes all S6 apps and S6 features. The rom has been thoroughly tested and runs stable and smooth. There is even an aroma installer which will let you chose which apps and features you want installed. You will need to be bootloader unlocked and running a custom recovery in order for this to work.
