Galaxy Nexus CDMA Reception Issue

So I received a Galaxy Nexus that had a busted screen. I replaced the screen, popped my sim in it and turned it on. It activated no problem. I noticed that the indicator said i had no service. So i waited. Half an hour later still no bars. I then opened the browser on accident and it worked fine. I sat there scratching my head thinking wtf. So i flashed new radios, new rom, and replaced the housing because it looked a little damaged. And still only 4g works, no voice, no text, no 3g. I did at one point have voice working for around 4 hours but then it cut out. Any ideas?? Please lol
