Galaxy Nexus (4.0.4.) won't connect to Verizon network with wifi off?

Hey everyone, I flashed the 4.0.4. update yesturday with the radios and everything. It seems that if I turn off wifi, it won't connect to the network anymore.

In addition, Google voice says it's not supported by my carrier? Anyone else have that issue?

Think these are both based on bad flashes by the radios? Is there anyway to re-flash the radios?

I had the same issue with Google voice plus I'm definitely having trouble picking up the cellphone signal also.
