g mai problem

When I try to send a g mail to myself from myself, I do not receive it. My user name has numbers and it shows it is going to, for example, xyz13, but instead the mail goes to xyz.
Also how does one delete an e mail that comes up as a suggestion when one starts to put in the e mail address?

Sounds like you need to edit/clean up your gmail contacts. Easiest way is to log into your gmail account on your computer and go into contacts. If you have your own email as one of your contacts, make sure it's accurate. You can delete any contacts you don't want. Your phone will sync with gmail and update any changes.
