Futuremark's 3DMark Benchmark Software coming to Android

    For those that have tinkered around with computers, video cards, over-clocking or just trying to squeeze every last bit of performance out of your PC are probably familiar with 3DMark. It has to be one of the most popular ways to benchmark the PC and see how it stacks up against the competition. Today Futuremark, the company behind 3DMark has announced an Android version is in the works. The software will measure gaming performance using rendering, CPU and physics tests, provide stunning real-time graphics pushing the OpenGL ES API to the limit and a complementary online service to compare results between devices.
