Full System Backup Using Nandroid

DMUpdater, i did the image recovery update(or what ever it is) the phone turned off/on then thats when everything started crashing.

i got the "welcome to sprecovery" screen up. which option do i choose?
reboot system now
wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache partition
backup/restore(i tried this and it just loads and nothing else)
install

what are you trying to do? you installed SPR and you get system FCs? this doesnt make sense

thanks. i was able to do a restore.(i just panicked lol)
wounder why it did that?
i went to DMUpdater clicked on that through my app drawer. then it said i need to update my image recovery(or something like that). i did it. went though the 2 confirm thingys. it did a download, turned off/on, then thats when everything crashed.

Uhh try the "old school" method...
Download the rooted update.zip to your sdcard (root of it, preferably)
Flash SPRecovery using RSDLite
Boot into SPRecovery and install the update.zip you downloaded
Reboot normally and then you'll be rooted... except I flashed the FroYo SBF thennnn SPRecovery and thennnn did a nandroid restore, and I didn't need to install the rooted update.zip (because I had to flash back to the stock ROM for something and had rooted ROM backups and 2 nandroid backups) so yeah. Its good :D That's really weird how everything FC'd... maybe the permissions needed to be fixed.

i didn't use RSDlite. i used universal androot.
