Freezing com.Motoroloa.Android app

I have the app frozen using tibu but it's still running and i honestly have no idea what it even is. I don't want to uninstall it not knowing what it is either. Anyone know what's going on with it and why it's still running while frozen.

I'm surprised the phone even runs with that frozen, you got lucky..... Don't freeze apps that you don't know the function of. Looks of it that's a system app that is needed to run the android OS.....
