I am using Titanium Backup to freeze a lot of the bloatware on the droid x. Is it safe to freeze the voicemail app and the stock text messaging app? Would I still receive notifications of voicemails? I use handcent. Also, is it safe to freeze emergency alert? What does it do? What about media share?

I froze the first two without any problems. Freeze what u want and see if it still functions properly. Emergency alert thing might not let you make calls when the phones locked but do what you want..

Sent from my phone... which happens to be a Droid X
