From your home screen tap menu which should open main settings. It should look similar to this screen shot

I tried to follow the instructions , but first, I have no "more settings"
"Go To Settings, More Settings, Mobile Hotspot, Configure (Choose a wifi hotspot name and password)"

I can do : settings- connections-hotspot-Configure, but what is a "wifi hotspot name"? I have to chose one?

Yes, give the hotspot the name of your choosing, like " myhotspot" or "mifiwifi"... Anything really.
